Week 08
Practical/Lecture/ Tutorial : 25/05/2023

By Week 8, I had to already start working on my project 1. Mr Jasmi already told me that I will be selected for the show, therefore it was better for me to start draping and making my dress since I was working on a complicated one. 

First, I taped the dummy for my first garment so that I will be able to drape my first look. After doing so, I started to cut my calico fabric to drape my garment. 

After I got all my calico draped pieces, I transferred everything on paper so that I can proceed with the pinning and transferring of pattern markings.

 Week 09
Lecture/ Practical/ Tutorial: 01/06/2023

On week 9 I started cutting out my first look, for the base so that I can mount the garment. 

Since I am making a see through garment, I was not lining the dress that I was making, so I had to opt french seam as my method of garment construction. 

I was also starting to work on my manipulation simultaneously. 

On the same week, i started working on the pleats that i had planned to work on my dress. 

By the end of week 9, this much progress has been made. 

Week 10
Lecture/ Practical/ Tutorial: 08/06/2023

By week 10, I already started to work on my second look, which I draped on the dummy.

During this week, i faced a bit of difficulty when it comes to the making up of the second look, especially when i was making the cup for the dress.

For the upcoming week i will try to drape the cup while the padding is beneath the calico.
